Beach Vids

We finally got a new computer! Yea! Don't faint. The first thing I wanted to show you was the videos from the beach. You may need sunglasses to reduce the glare of my bright white parents. I'm ready to go back to the beach...so is Mommy:)

My first time in the water!

I like being tossed in the air...again!

Should I stay or should I go??

I dug digging in the sand. I had lots of sand in my suit every day!

There are more videos to come as soon as I have time to watch them all!

More Beach Pics

Day 1--you can tell by Daddy's bright farmer's tan.
Daddy buried me...I didn't like it too much.
Day 2--getting a little braver.
But I still like my tags:)
Day 4 (no camera on day 3)--very brave!
My favorite ride.My favorite treat!

Beach Vids

Mommy and Daddy took lots of videos of me at the beach. However, since we still need a new desktop, I haven't figured out how to down load them. Here are just a couple vids of me in the water so you can see how brave I was by the last day at the beach. I promise to post some more as soon as I figure it out.

More pictures to come!

We took a VACATION!!!!

We went to the beach. It was so much fun. The day we got there Mommy and Daddy rented a bike and a Burley. If you don't know what a Burley is, it's a trailer that goes on the back of a bike and can tow kids around. It's very fun. The next day we went and parked at the State Park and then they hooked up the Burley and off we went!
When we arrived there was alot of sand and a huge pool of water. Whey kept telling me it was the bay, but it was a big pool to me. At first, I was a little leery, but by the last day I was walking in the water all by myself.
The water was salty and I liked to try to drink it. I worked on my scooping and kicking in the water too. One night after dinner, we went to this place on the boardwalk in Rehoboth called Funland. Doesn't THAT sound like a great place??? Even though she barely fit, Mommy rode on the Hot Air Balloon Ride. It was OK.
My favorite ride was the Merry Go Round. I went on twice. Once with mommy and once with daddy.

There was also this obstacle course thingy that I tried to climb through. But at the beginning, there were all these balls. I just couldn't get past them and Mommy and Daddy weren't allowed in with me. So I sat there playing with the balls until a bunch of kids came in and I started to get jumped on. That wasn't really fun, but oh well.
I felt much better after Mommy and Daddy got me an ice cream cone. I did eat alot of ice cream on this trip. I like chocolate like Mommy does.
See, I'm pretty good at this ice cream eating thing. I do like to eat the cones upside down theugh and can't quite figure out why the ice cream keeps falling out.
There's more to tell, but I have to go to bed now.

July's Half Over???

So now I'm 19 months old. I can do so much stuff now. I'm pretty good with a fork and spoon. I can count to five. Sometimes, I can count to ten if you count 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 2. There are big changes coming. Mommy bought me a couple potties and some books just for the potty room. I'm not sure when she thinks this is going to happen though.
I got some new toys for the back yard. My friends Thor and Gavin gave me a little picnic table and a turtle sandbox. Nanny got me some new sand toys too. Mommy got me this fun play set. I still need help climbing but sliding down is a breeze. This is me with my Auntie Gail over Fourth of July weekend. She helped me climb.
Then boosted me up.
And
awayI
went!
Daddy put the pool at the end, but we didn't fill it up that day. Then I tried to climb back up the slide, but it was slippery. So I ran aroundand around. And off I went again!
weeee!!!

Here, I'm just trying to find the next thing to get into.
Sometimes I run too fast for my own good and bad things happen.
I cried, but mostly because Mommy was trying to hold ice on it. It took a week to go away. Here is preview of another change happening. Apparently, I'm moving into a new room. My Great Aunt Nancy and Uncle Paul came to visit for a week and they were very busy. They painted my room bright green. It's called Tinkerbell and I picked it out myself. Mostly, because I can say green. Other than all the work they did, we had time to have lots of fun together.
There's lots of video of me, but our computer is still down. When Daddy fixes it, I will post. In the meantime, pics will have to due.
Later!

New Skills

I'm now 18 months old. I can't believe how fast time is going. I recently found out that my days as an only child are numbered. in about 23 weeks I will be a big sister. I am so NOT ready for that. I guess if it's a cute baby, I will be okay.
A couple weeks ago when Nanny came to watch me, she brought me a new tricycle! It's so cool! It's pink and purple and she also gave me a Dora helmet. This is me the first day on my trike. let's just say, I like to hold my feet up and be pushed around:)

I've also stopped being so lazy and started to feed myself. My favorite so far is oatmeal. Yum-o!

I'm ahead of my years and trying to get some sort of sound system on one of my trucks, even if it is an AM Raggedy Ann and Andy radio.

I'm slightly goofy and I like to sit on anything...especially balls. I don't know why, it's fun I guess.

OK, I'm alot goofy!

Later!
