Happy Half Birthday, Leah!!!

Leah turned six months old today. Gone are her grumpy five month old looks. Now she always looks like she is having fun!Or has a secret...
Or just thinks duckies are really cool!
Leah had to go get those yucky shots today. This is what she did when she got home...for two hours! She never let go of her butterfly during her whole nap.
Mommy made us pose for some pictures together. I had to hold Leah since she can't sit up on her own yet.
This is our baby birdie pose.
She's kind of slippery to hold onto!
But I never dropped her!
Happy Half Birthday, Leah!
Now, did anyone make a birthday cake?!?!?

Let's Play Outside!

It's been a while since I've showed you some pics of me and Leah. As you can see, my face healed up nicely from my Easter fall.Daddy built a swing set for me
and Leah!
Isn't she cute in her blue swing. My swing is yellow. This is Leah before she decided to try to fly off her changing table. She was ok though, phew!
Mommy and Daddy also bought a bike trailer called a Burley. This is Mr Thomas riding us around our street. Can you see my pink and purple helmet? It's Dora.Leah got a new high chair. It straps onto the chair. She love the taste of...
her bib!
She has eaten rice cereal, bananas, avocados and apples. She likes them all...ok not the apples so much. But she'll get used to them.
This is Leah's five month picture that I didn't get up last month. Daddy made her hair stick up.
She really is not thrilled to have her picture taken this day.
Usually Leah is quite happy, like this! Of course she is teething now and that's no fun some nights.
On Saturday Leah found her feet. This makes her really happy! Now she sucks her thumb and her toes! This makes diaper changing fun for mommy and daddy!
So in case you haven't noticed, I have learned all my colors and I know my letters and the sounds they make. I love learning! But I am two and I don't really like listening. I love how it drives my parents nuts! Also to drive them nuts I am potty trained...only at daycare. They have had no luck with me at home since Easter Sunday!

Soccer!

I started a soccer class tonight. It's for two and three year olds. It's less of a class and more of chaos. That's me in the green pants. This is a vid of me kicking a goal. I was slightly more obsessed with the goal than the ball. It was alot of fun!

Even Mikey Likes It

Leah started to eat rice cereal. She is not so sure about it.
As you can tell...
As for me I rather like rice cereal.I dipped my pizza in it..
I don't know why Mommy and Daddy think I am silly.

Easter Antics

On the day before Easter, Daddy took me to hiking. Mommy said I was in perfect shape when I left, but I cam back looking like I had been in a fight. It wasn't a fight , I was just throwing rocks into the stream and slipped. This did not affect my Easter egg hunting abilities on Sunday though. The Easter Bunny left some outside of my house.
They were filled with stickers and stamps. No candy! I thought the Easter Bunny brought candy!
Then we went to Nanny and Pappy's where the bunny must have known I was going. There were real eggs hidden everywhere!I threw them in my Easter bucket. I could hear the shells crack when I through them in.I was running fast!
I had to, I thought Leah might find them all...maybe not.I was so excited I lost my neck for a little while.
That bucket sure was heavy!
In my Easter basket at theiir house was spot on. Some candy, some toys and some videos!
Hi Barney!
LEah acts up when Uncle Zane is around. Calm down, Leah! Just kidding!Well, I gotta go. I'm still at Nanny and Pappy's and we are VERY busy!

Identical Sisters

Leah and I are growing up fast. Don't we look alike? As far as little sisters go, Leah is a great one.
I just want to pinch her cheeks!
She turned four months old!
I recently started to use the potty. Check out the sweet Princess Potty that Nanny gave me. It plays songs when you make. I have yet to make it sing:(
I also like to do things for myself, like snaps pulling on my clothes, and putting on my socks and shoes.I recently learned to count to 20 and I know my colors. My parents are impressed. Now all Leah does is eat. She eats her hand.
Her toys.
She even sucks her thumb already...I wonder who taught her that???
Seriously, look at her. She looks like a baby bird waiting for a worm! She loves her crazy doll. It makes her giggle.
She can't roll over yet and Mommy was told by the doctor that Leah needs more tummy time. But Leah hates tummy time and so Mommy doesn't make her do it. Does that make her spoiled?
Leah can sure scoot around though. She started out in the same direction of the lion. I guess she wanted to put her feet up!
That's it until next time!
