Mommy and I take Itsy Bitsy Yoga together on Saturdays. It's alot of singing, running around and a pose here and there. I like to hang out in the middle with my pals. This is my instructor Miss Katie. I love listening to her and I am often the class example 'cause I hang out with her.
This is Lola, me and Antonia. We are waiting for Miss Katie to hand out the flowers.
Here's me with my flower. We practice our deep breathing with the flowers. Mostly I just run around with my flower 'cause it's fun.
This is everyone in class doing Upside Down Yogi. It is my absolute FAVORITE thing to do!
It end with an itsy bitsy head stand. That is Conner, Audrey, Jonah, me and Lola. Jonah is fun and he was sharing his stuffed animals with me.
Class so so much fun! I love it when Mommy can remember the words to the songs and we do it at home too! Even Daddy has come to a couple classes! See ya later!
