The Beach,, Part 2

This is gonna be quick since our beach vacation seems like eons ago! I mean, I already started preschool! I'm ready for football and fall, but I do love the beach! We played in the sand.
We tried to make sandcastles.
But Leah and I kept knocking them down.
Water run!
Nanny swam with me ALOT!
Leah was happy snacking.
We buried Daddy.
Then we dug a hole and
buried Leah.
But she
didn't seem
to mind!

I ran.
Daddy looking like he wants to pull his hair out:)
Leah thinking about exacting revenge on Daddy for burying her in the sand
Here is what we found after nap one day.
I guess destroying your crib makes you tired.
But she fixed it all by herself!
One night, we had dinner out on the beach.
I will say that Leah and I didn't eat much because we were too busy playing.
Daddy and I went out on the alligator!

Here's Leah pretending she wants to go in the water.
All of us went waaaay our there.
Then I went by myself.
I may have freaked out a little bit.
Will
she
ever
learn
????
Smores on the grill afterward!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bye,bye beach. Until next year!

Go Ravens!

Are you ready to rock and roll, watch some ball and eat ice cream?!?!?!

I know I said I was going to have a beach part two post, BUT, Mommy took me to my first Ravens game! Her friend, Bill, had a couple extra tickets and I got to go on Friday! Also my friends Jake and Colin were there with Miss Amy and Mr Mike. This is us on Bill's rooftop deck in Federal Hill. We could see everything!
But we couldn't sit still:)
For those of you that don't remember, this is Colin, my future husband. It's kind of an old fashioned prearranged type of thing.
Wouldn't this make a lovely wedding picture. I wonder if we could get married at Raven's Stadium??
Inside the stadium was awesome!
The snacks weren't bad either!
I wear number five, just like Mommy. But Mommy has been wearing number five since long before Joe Flacco was even out of high school!
Of course I had ice cream!
It was Dippin' Dots actually. The jury is still out as to whether I'll get those again.
This is Mommy's friend, Bill. He's soooooo cooool. He gave me a Raven's hat AND a University of Delaware pin to wear!
And he let me stand on his legs so I could see the action!
Ok, Mommy can't actually find her number five jersey since we moved, but she promised to find it by opening day! I can't wait to go back and cheer on the Ravens! I'm getting a foam finger next time!

Summer Vacation!

So I haven't posted in FOREVER. There is so much to catch you up on. But I'm going to start with our vacation from the first week of August and work backwards.

We went back to Lewes Beach again. I love that place! My boat was still there and still going back and forth to New Jersey!

Nanny came with us this year and stayed the whole week! We sat out on the deck every night.
Leah was able to enjoy the deck this year too!
Maybe a little too much...
She had no problem kicking anyone out of their chair so she could have it. Little Miss Innocent.
We had many nights of ice cream!
One night Daddy promised me smores. Unfortunately, the fire went out on the grill. But Daddy made them on the stove! Ingenious! And it kept me from throwing a fit, but a promise is a promise, Daddy!
There were super yummy!
Leah liked them too...
She's a little sloppy though...
I'm much neater, I guess 'cause I'm older. And, yes, we are in our PJs.
I think sugar makes her smile.
This is her sneak position. I think she's spying on my boat!
Eating smores is tiring and we had to sit down.
A couple nights we went to Playland on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Fun, fun, fun!!!!
While Leah was being eaten by the balls, I climbed on the big kid side. I was so high in the air that my parents couldn't even take my picture. Then I came down a huge slide!
These swings were fun, but kinda lame.
Leah liked the little kiddie rides.
Although Leah was so tired when we were there, she would have fallen asleep on the ride if it lasted any longer.
Mommy and I were next to Daddy and Leah on the balloon ride!
My first ride of the day was the freefall. I made Mommy go with me.
It went up really high and then dropped down really fast. And it went over and over again.
Even though I'm white-knuckling the harness, this was my favorite ride this year!
There are many more pics to show you. There will be a part two to this post!
